Marguerite Longuet-Dassault is a member of the Paris and Brussels Bars, specializing in corporate and civil law. She assists managers, entrepreneurs, investors and innovative structures with their strategic legal issues, both in France and abroad.
Trained at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, she completed her studies with an LL.M. in business administration. in Intellectual Property and Information Technology at Fordham University School of Law (New York), reinforcing his expertise in the Anglo-Saxon legal environment and in issues related to tech and innovation.
Her experience has been built up in a variety of demanding environments, combining corporate practice, major groups and law firms:
- At Vivendi, she works directly with the legal department on investment transactions in the telecoms and digital sectors.
- At Thales, she manages both corporate law assignments (creation, restructuring, governance) and complex contracts, notably in Belgium.
- She then strengthened her experience in a law firm, notably Simon Associés, where she specialized in corporate law, assisting SMEs, family groups and start-ups with their structuring operations: fund-raising, shareholders’ agreements, business transfers, etc.

Since 2024, she has practiced as an independent lawyer, offering personalized, responsive and rigorous support, rooted in an operational understanding of her customers’ economic and human challenges.
Alongside her legal work, Marguerite is an investor in several innovative companies, notably in the responsible food, tech and well-being sectors. It assists project owners not only with the legal aspects, but also with their development strategy and structuring.
She is also co-founder and president of the MAD Foundation (Marguerite & Adrien Dassault), a family foundation under Belgian law committed to children, education, precariousness and respect for life. The foundation supports public-interest projects in France and abroad, with an approach that is human, agile and committed.
